Every job starts with an in-home measure and a fixed quote before any work begins - no hourly billing, no line items that show up mid-project.

We test moisture on slab foundations before anything goes down - a real concern in our clay-and-sand soil out here - level subfloors where needed, install shoe molding to finish the perimeter, haul away your old flooring, and build proper transitions into every adjoining room.

Flooring Installation - frequently asked questions
Whole-room carpet, LVP, or laminate jobs usually wrap in a day. Hardwood runs 2-4 days depending on whether it's prefinished. Tile takes 3-5 days to set plus another day for grout to cure before you can walk on it.
Yes, standard furniture is part of the install. We just ask homeowners to handle electronics, anything fragile, and the contents of dressers or closets so nothing gets damaged in the shuffle.
We'll install customer-supplied material, though in that case the warranty only covers our labor, not the product itself. When we supply the flooring too, you get one combined warranty covering both.
That's most of our jobs, honestly - hardwood in the living room, tile in the bathrooms, carpet on the stairs, all coordinated in one visit with proper transitions between materials.
