We tear out every material: glued-down tile, nailed hardwood, floating laminate, glued carpet. We keep the work area contained, then leave the subfloor clean, level, and ready for our own flooring installation crew.

We level every job to whatever the manufacturer requires, using self-leveling underlayment, and patch soft spots before we sign off on it as ready.
