On most current carpet tile, seams blend in within a few weeks of normal foot traffic. A patterned or quarter-turn layout can hide them from day one.
Pull the tile, rinse it out (most are washable), let it air dry, and set it back in place. For anything stubborn, swap it with a tile from a closet or another low-visibility spot and deal with the stained one later.
